Training in pain? I know how that can get frustrating. I've made it a point to work with experts, Fitness Professionals and months of research to really focus on proper movement, better balance and mobility.
I may be a "Physique Athlete", but that doesn't mean my methods won't work for you. You won't train like I do, but the principles of proper training, recovery, periodization and adaptation are part of the process.
